Ditto. Repeal is what we want. Not replacing one govt-run Dem monstrosity with one equally as bad by Rs. Reintroduce the repeal bill Obama vetoed. Phase out Obamacare out over 9-12 months, meanwhile cobbling a market-based plan that returns choice to individuals. Liberty!! Then move on to tax cuts.
Nuclear weapons are very useful to have in your arsenal for deterrence. But once the other side drops a nuke, deterrence goes out the window.
The argument for not invoking the Reid Rule and abolishing all filibusters is that it will come back to bite Republicans someday when the Democrats retake the Senate. Why the frak does anyone think that the Republicans not using their nukes will in any way prevent the Democrats from someday using theirs? The Democrats already dropped a nuke. They will do it again whenever it suits them.
The ONLY reason that Reid did not nuke legislative filibuters was because the House was controlled by Republicans who could easily block any legislation that Reid could cram through the Senate on a party line vote. The ONLY reason that Reid did not nuke Supreme Court filibusters was because there were no Supreme Court vacancies at the time.
Let me tell you something. I am an octogenarian and I have dreamed of having a president who would do the things Trump is doing. I may question his off the handle remarks at times, but not the good works he is performing. Most of these contrary remarks on this thread are incorrect. I don’t know where they are coming from. But I will take my lead from Trump. He will make it happen as long as my fellow conservatives don’t lay too many booby-traps. Pass the damn bill!!

Congress has NEVER voted for a full repeal of O-Care. It is simply not true. Anyone claiming otherwise is simply spreading a false narrative.
We Deplorable did everything we could, along with Trump, to keep Hillary out of the White House, and this is the thanks we get. A pox on all of them if this fails.

The world is so crazy right now that I can Republicans being blamed by the voters for the skyrocketing premiums that are sure to come in 2018.

We need to get rid of Obamacare, but I don’t have many answers.
