Serious claim: FBI's Comey 'falsely' denied surveillance
Worldnet Daily ^ | 22 March 2017 | Bob Unruh

The lawyer who founded Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch, Larry Klayman, has sent a letter to Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, asking him to look at a whistleblower’s evidence of “systematic illegal surveillance on prominent Americans, again including the chief justice of the Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, prominent businessmen such as Donald Trump, and even yours truly.”

That spying was done, Klayman’s letter contends, by the FBI.

It’s become a major issue following President Trump’s assertion that he and Trump Tower were spied upon by the federal government, and the subsequent denials by intelligence and law-enforcement officials, including FBI Director James Comey, who famously cleared Hillary Clinton on accusations she mishandled classified information as U.S. secretary of state.

“Nunes: Trump team communications captured by intel community”

Anyone that hasn’t seen this Fox News video of Nunes statement should see it and hear it.

“incidentally collected information about US citizens involved in the Trump transition, details about US persons associated with the incoming administration with little or no apparent foreign intelligence value were widely disseminated in intelligence reporting”

Nail his arse Klayman...

Actually, I wish Klayman would stay far, far away. Let the grownups handle it. He's barely above Orly Taitz and will sully the seriousness of the issue.

Klayman and the Judicial Watch team need to have a reliable contact in the Trump administration with whom they can share these gems directly. No filtering it through congresscritters or other parties that might just say “yeah yeah” and let the info gather dust in a seldom-used corner of an underling’s office. Get the evidence to the big man or one of his trusted people and let it be handled by a team with a vested interest in swamp draining.

Something tells me that Comey will somehow find wrongdoing at Trump Tower with unlawfully gathered intel, forgetting he outlined a criminal case involving Hillary in excruciating detail yet gave her a pass.

Great point! And what Comey and McCabe have done is far worse than a couple of phone calls made by Flynn to some Russian Ambassador.

If recent releases of information by Nunes are true, Comey is a candidate for a perjury charge. My dearest hope is that the Intel Committee and Mr. Trump have set him up for this. When the first solid charge of perjury is lodged, it will be time for an independent prosecutor to step in, maybe Rudy(?)

Of course. We all knew that.

(Did Klayman just accuse the FBI Director of perjury?)

If Mr. Trump were to fire Comey right now, it would appear to be a cover-up. It appears that Comey is being set up for a perjury charge or something similar, that will result in an independent prosecutor. THEN, Comey will become tainted enough that a firing will be nothing less than legitimate.

And in the meantime, we might find out something of what is going on in the FBI. Draining the swamp one drop at a time, until finally, the dam breaks. I hope.

I want tyo say that Comey also mislead the American people in order to further the democrat narative that somehow Trump was mistakenwhen he accused the obama executiver branch f surveillance. I don;t think at that time Trump had any idea of the extent of the warrantless listening anf the unmasking of so many of his transition team and disbursal all the way to the New York Times. These are felonies. But let me put two things to rest. 1. this was NOT done in furtherance of the Russian myth that they interfered with anything and 2. This was not done in foreignj surveillance!! These transition people are NOPT TALKING TO FOREIGNERS!! They had no business talking to Foreigners except FLYNN !! Remember Sessions was tapped IN HIS OFFICE BUILDING!! e need much MORE INVESTIGATION— I want it in the SENATE too. What are they doing. There was no excuse to listen to the transition team!! NONE. Where is the FISA warrant? This was an attempted COUP by rogue elements of the Obama executive branch WITH HIS FULL KNOWLEDGE. I want him to testify!!

The surveillance on Roberts needs to be exposed, and all of Roberts' subsequent rulings that were 5-4 losses (e.g., Obamacare) need to be reopened and re-decided, perhaps with an temporary judge on assignment, appointed by Trump, to fill in for Roberts, who was compromised. That would require legislation, but could be done.

What is done with Roberts long term needs to be decided. He should probably resign for letting his opinions be compromised. But with it out in the open, he might be free to be the jurist he was, and with proper shaming, may be a forceful advocate for our side. Besides, we can't get rid of him without impeachment.

Well instead of outright firing Comey, how ‘bout placing him on administrative leave, along with deputy McCabe, until these questions have been answered?
