An illegal alien is a criminal no matter if he or she is a threat to anyone. Get rid of them all.
She is a state judge and as such I do not think she has any power over the Fed agents. Perhaps if she and the rest of CA were not sanctuary people, cities and state, and cooperated with ICE, then the agents wouldn’t have to look for illegals outside courthouses.

Unless she failed Civic 101, she should know that the Chief Justice of the California state Supreme Court has absolutely no authority over Federal law enforcement agencies or their tactics. It would be amusing if she tried to argue that Federal agents are violating the California state constitution.

Immigration is under the jurisdiction of the federal government. The states have no say in the matter. This pissant judge has no say in the matter. The ICE can set up shop wherever it wants as their mandate warrants, and detain and deport those residing in the US illegaly.
Their job is to round up illegals and kick them out of the US.
If you have a problem with that, then most likely you are part of the problem.

When Democrats are in the WH and running Congress, federal law preempts state law. Period. And no one questions it.
When it’s the other way around, Democrat federal judges and Democrat state judges call the shots and may preempt federal law.
