California Supreme Court Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye on Thursday told federal immigration officials to stop “stalking undocumented immigrants” at California courthouses.
Cantil-Sakauye said she was “deeply concerned” that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are apparently seeking out undocumented immigrants for deportation at courthouses and courtrooms from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

Tell the illegals to quit committing crimes on US soil so they can stay out of court. The illegals are clogging our court system. Perhaps if the judge (term used loosely) would follow the law, ICE could pick up the illegals at the local holding facility. Activists will bring down the judiciary. A few members of congress have actually read the constitution. Public pressure could cause their staff to read a couple more paragraphs.
Having zero authority does not seem to be stopping any judges these days.
It’s not her responsibility to enforce her personal feelings or to make up laws.
It is her responsibility to interpret law as it is written.
Arrest this “judge” for interfering with enforcement of the law, seize her assets and exile her for the rest of her confused life. What a LIB lunatic.
Heaven forbid that laws would actually be enforced in a courtroom/courthouse!

In real countries ANY contact with ANY law enforcement will result in the detention of ANY illegal aliens.
