Yeah, he just laid into the 9th circuit. Now, he’s on Obamacare. I don’t think that he’ll have a lot of detail, but he is certainly reminding everybody about the way it was passed.
How did they like his attack on the Ninth Circuit?

I'm not sure that he's totally frustrated about it - it was likely that some whacky liberal would oppose it somewhere. I think that it does serve to illustrate who needs to go in the judicial branch. I mean, they're ruling directly against a constitutionally granted duty of the President.

What on Earth does he expect? The Left to just stop and follow a Constitution they don’t believe in for even a second.
He will not stop this from happening until the Left is taken out by force. Congress will not act, they’d be happier to return to the swamp and suck the mud. The Left won’t stop, they will use every judge they’ve appointed to stop him at every turn, particularly on immigration, because that is the way they will take the country and turn it into a Marxist tyranny. He’s going to have to ignore their “rulings” and force his way - either by getting immediate action on Gorsuch or by simply ending the issuance of all visas from anywhere in the world.
He repeated on repealing and replacing 0bamacare so that pretty much puts Paul Ryan's version in the trash can.

I didn’t hear that at all. I heard him pushing the Obamacare 2.0 tax credits. He seems not to have heard, learned, or understood anything that anyone has explained to him re: faux insurance markets killing our healthcare system and killing us with spiraling costs.
I think that Ryan is trying to pull a fast one with the "3 part" plan. He'll push through the first part, then nothing after that. They'll drag their feet because that's what RINOs do best.

I think that the tax credits are going to stay regardless. My employer gets one, and has for many decades. That’s great for those of us that work at large companies. But that benefit doesn’t help the small business or sole proprietor much at all.

Yeah, he did say repeal and replace but if it’s with Paul Ryan’s version in three phases then that is absolutely NO GOOD.
Congress will do to Trump like they did to Reagan with Amnesty where they made promises on illegal immigration reform and they dragged it out and it never happened.
I hope President Trump listens to the American people on this where we want nothing to do with Ryan’s plan.

Fundamentally agree, although there may be other ways to rein in the courts such as by removing jurisdiction. The courts are going to be used to obstruct or stop Trump at every turn. Judges need to be taught their limits in whatever manner gets the job done.
Tax credits are a massive new entitlement that just further distort the already distorted healthcare market.
It is a mistake that we have tax deductibility for employer provided insurance, as that distorts the market as well. But there is no difference between tax credits and outright subsidies. That only compounds the error with how employer provided insurance isn’t taxed as the regular compensation that it should be taxed as.
The result of that has been to create massive third-party inefficiencies that remove market signals and price discovery from the healthcare market. That your employer deducts it is, however, something completely different and right—that is deducting a business expense so they just pay taxes on their profit.
“Repeal and replace” is part of the big Obamacare 2.0 lie.
What a shame that after all of this, Trump goes out to the people and repeats and pushes it!!!
Oh, and what your employer gets is in no way a tax credit. It is just a routine tax deduction for a business expense.
That Trump, on top of the three phases, “repeal and replace” when they’re not really repealing, trying to hook us on the tax credits, etc., further tries to dangle these great tax cuts we’re going to get if only we will let and encourage our Congressional reps to back the further destruction of our national healthcare markets is just insulting. Really offensive that he thinks we’re that stupid and easily bought off.
That IS EXACTLY what will happen, I am afraid after phase 1 they will lose the senate and WE will be screwed again, they promised Reagan wall with amnesty do we have a DAMNED WALL.......NO!!! Trump believes this IS the only way IT IS NOT!!! 2 years for costs to go down for people is to DAMNED long!!! WE will NEVER SEE phase 2&3 NEVER!!! RYAN wants Trump to be a one term POTUS and he will succeed, we will NOT see the wall, tax cuts WILL BE a whole lot lower for the PEOPLE, but not for his buddies in the Chamber of Commerce businesses, there will be nothing but excuses!!!
