And Obama just happens to be paying a surprise visit there. Coincidence?

Time to rein in the judicial branch. This is ridiculous. The President is within his constitutional powers to take this action. SCOTUS must rule immediately.

Was there ever even a single instance when a consirvative judge stopped Obama in his tracks? Even once in 8 years?

Texas when a judge stopped Obama's second Executive Order amnesty.

I agree!

President Trump SHOULD ignore these idiots, because the EXECUTIVE POWER granted to him by our CONSTITUTION is not “limited” by the “feelings” of any “judge” who has a vivid imagination.

In fact, the LAW gives the President the right to exclude immigrants who fail “tests” imposed by him. That test does not have to be “reasonable” or “popular” or “statistically correct”.

“I don’t think even Trump will be willing to overrule the court as outrageous as this is, he doesn’t have his own party to back him up. I think they might impeach him HIM to say.”

I think you are right. He has to do this a different way - simply stop all refugee programs period, stop funding them and stop issuing visas. Period. From everywhere. They can’t make government issue visas.

The problem for Trump is that he is an island. There is no party behind him. A majority of Republicans would jump at the chance to get rid of him and go back to their swamp ways. He has no party and he has no support in a very corrupt government - the most corrupt government to ever exist on the face of the Earth.

Violent revolution against the government establishment is probably the only way to clean the government out. We are ruled by a tyranny...and electing a President didn’t change it.

“The American people would never understand and Trump would be crucified in the press in the worst way.”

So what? The press is accurately judged by the American public as lower than whale sh*t.

I agree. I am getting totally pissed about these freeloading, tyrants in their black burkas working against PRESIDENT Trump. These feral “judges” are the greatest threat to the national security of our country. THEY ALL HAVE TO GO! In the meantime, send all of the refujihadis from these countries to Hawaii. They can play golf with Bonzo.

Time for the unorganized militia to read the riot act to the gutless RINOs. These weenies will cave. They value their skin more than dollars.

Hawaii argued that the ban discriminates on the basis of nationality and would prevent Hawaiian residents from receiving visits from relatives in the six mostly Muslim countries covered by the ban.

Can the President just ignore this and say if you don’t like my decision, appeal it. I will stop when the Supreme Court determines the law is unconstitutional.

The founders clearly stated that the final arbiter of the law is Congress. Only Congress may write law. The Founders gave Congress the power to impeach judges, to remove judges, to establish lower courts and to set parameters on what issues judges may write opinions.
