Where in the US Constition does it state that a flunky judge has veto power over a president who carries out his duties as stated in Constitutional law?

Trump’s initial response of accepting the judicial jurisdiction for the first one will eventually be seen as the crippling blow to his presidency. Commie pols will find commie judges to override anything Trump does, and if he does not stand up to these tyrants in black robes he will simply be continuing the recent tradition of allowing these oligarchs to remain the supreme branch of governance. If on the other hand he tells them to shut their pie holes he will be ushering in a new era of liberty.
That has been my point all along. I can’t believe that Trump has not held this issue in his pocket.
Any reasonable attorney can tell you this was an outrageous ruling. Based on the candidate’s long ago changed rhetoric, the judge dismisses the actual executive order language and the POTUS’ present day national security decision.
The Judge is relying on the Presidents campaign statement that he would ben Muslims. The “judge” even stated that he would not have ruled against this order had it been written by a different President.
So now, according to this judge Trump has special rules just for him!

If another judge ruled in favor then the President should carry on with the ban citing that judge.
The left are out of control. They care nothing about this country or her citizens, and only for their political agenda, and a world of no borders.
They were nattering on before the ruling about how the ban would negatively impact the tourist business - you know all those Yemenis et al rushing to check out Hawaii.

But once you are in Hawaii, you can legally go to in other place like Chicago or D.C. You can even apply to Harvard or Columbia. (tongue in cheek).

I don’t think even Trump will be willing to overrule the court as outrageous as this is, he doesn’t have his own party to back him up. I think they might impeach him HIM to say.

President Trump SHOULD ignore these idiots, because the EXECUTIVE POWER granted to him by our CONSTITUTION is not “limited” by the “feelings” of any “judge” who has a vivid imagination.
In fact, the LAW gives the President the right to exclude immigrants who fail “tests” imposed by him. That test does not have to be “reasonable” or “popular” or “statistically correct”.
Us "flyover country" voters are getting angrier ever day. DemonCrat politicians should take note of us voters , come 2018.
