What has that got to do with it? What percentage of them smoke it and transport it?
But I thought blacks are over represented in drug convictions. The Hispanics are putting this out to take away from the black discrimination agenda!
That’s very inaccurate
Thanks for the ping.
I read the article & looked at the charts. I want more specific data before commenting on this. Knowing the breakdown in who/what/where/when/ would be very helpful. So many progressive news agencies create race/ethnicity “facts” to validate a racism-narrative.
hmmmm.....sounds like Obama was springing HIS people while locking-up THOSE people.
I’m sure Rep Luis Giuterrez and Jorge Rrrrrramos will get right on this obvious discrimination.
They transport weed in large quantities around the country and grow large amounts on federal land and get caught importing
Hence much more likely to qualify for fed charges
Feds will not take jurisdiction on any pot case that is not very big or involves very large asset forfeiture
Usually at least a ton of weed and milllion up in asset seizure
How many were illegals?
Are they mules for the mexican drug cartels?
If a cohort is identified....how does one group or the other get “over-represented” or “under-represented”?
The Control-LEFT media just cannot get beyond “race” as the first discriminator in their sorting of the data.
Nitwits.

Very important to remember Stickman, thank you.
Why, this is discrimination. We must have equality of criminal cases going to court. guilt or innocence has nothing to do with sentencing. /sarc
Exactly. Remove the illegal aliens from the list and the demographics would look a lot more like the general demographics of the U.S. population.
I have several books of cartoons by Ace Reid (COWPOKES) from the 1960s in which the term “wetback” is used quite often. These were published in newspapers back before PC took hold.
Mexicans getting busted all over Oregon for cars full of meth.
And precursor drugs. The Staters got a surprise when they found folks working on a lab in Oregon. We pretty much have that shut down on the home-front.
