CIA and FBI have been incompetent for quite some time they are to frigging busy trying to run their DEEP STATE instead of doing their job!!! How in the HELL did 9/11 EVER HAPPEN in this country TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!!
This should be his number one priority right now.
My guess is that, when Obama knew he would lose control of the government to Trump, he arranged to have the CIA treasure chest leaked to Obama "Deep State" operatives in and out of the federal government, so that his people could continue to spy and sabotage. The leak went further than Obama planned.
