Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine sits down with Face the Nation Host John Dickerson to discuss President Trump's wiretap accusations, the Senate Intelligence Committee investigation into Russia and healthcare reform.
"It would probably be helpful if he gave more information, but it also might be helpful if he just didn't comment further and allowed us to do our work," she said about the Intelligence Committee investigation.

In her defense, the Trump administration just made a formal request for Congress to investigate the matter.
On the other hand, her advice to the Trump administration is silly because they have already indicated that they will not make any further comments while the investigation is underway.
where was she when the Dems kept talking , and making accusations about Russia.
Even you have got to admit, it’s pretty thin gruel with Susan Collins, very difficult to pinpoint very many tangible differences between her and a Democrat.
Maybe Maine isn’t capable of electing any better, but I look at their Governor LePage and think otherwise.

She’s not looking for the truth, she’s looking for a way to prop up the narrative about the “Russians did it”.
“...just allow us to do our work”??? Their “work” appears historically to ignore, obfuscate, avoid, deny, lie and generally be dishonest while they feather their (and their friends & relatives) nests. They are like cockroaches hiding under some trash.
Too many people are waking up and realizing that the President tried to use the Federal government to do the same thing to Trump that the DNC did to Sanders.
