Obama wiretapped the parents of Fox News’s James Rosen — with no legal authority that I know of.
He illegally used the IRS to punish political opponents.
He illegally used an executive order to give amnesty to “Dreamers” — a power even he admitted he didn’t have.
He and Eric Holder intervened ion the ongoing case against the New Black panthers to end the prosecution — after the Bush Administration had essentially gotten them convicted.
So why wouldn’t he wiretap Trump, with or without a warrant?
This wasn't 'wiretapping'. They didn't need or want to tap phone lines.
The CONVERSATIONS they wanted to get were PERSON TO PERSON discussions in offices at TRUMP TOWER. The only way to do that is either plant bugs or have someone wearing a 'mic'.
It is my understanding that they planted bugs and there is VIDEO EVIDENCE of them doing it. I believe there is proof, and it just hasn't been used YET.
I could be wrong, as it is just as possible that the Russian Ambassador was 'wired', especially since he seems to be such good 'buddies' with the DEM LEADERSHIP.
Why is that even a question ?
James Rosen has stated that Obama DID NOT wiretap his phone or his parent's phone(s).
He said that what Obama did ORDER was access to Rosen's PRIVATE EMAILS.
:: Why is that even a question? ::
Because it allows the Executive administration “specific administrative cover” to wire-tap their POLITICAL opponent’s operatives with little hard-evidence.
If the EXEC determines that some (opposition) campaign members are a risk to nat’l security (as determined by the party-of-opposition) and that they pose a risk to the election process [a POTUS designated “critical infrastructure?]...Where will it stop?

I understand that but Trump apparently doesn’t. He said “wires tapped”. Perhaps he meant it as a general reference to electronic surveillance? That’s how I’ve been taking it. I wish he had been more precise.
