If the dems force McConnell to confirm this judge on 50 votes, that's all it will take if other openings occur. That might not be a smart move.
But the dems are unhinged, so who knows?

It never should have been 60 to begin with. 51 is fine. We may get 4 and if Dems ever get leadership again they will pick who they want. We cannot stall the work of the Supreme Court worrying about what might happen in the future.
