...they are going to have to do something important to gain my confidence back to eat their chicken.
Sorry, buddy they don't give out coupons. I tried.

What the fk?!, fumed a passerby who attempted to enter the location at 46th Street and Sixth Avenue, only to be stopped by a pair of signs, saying it was closed. Screenshot this st, another said, pointing to the notices.
lol. I love New York.

**due to a permitting issue **
So, I am wondering what this paperwork issue is. Does anyone know?

Y’all are liberal New Yorkers. Chick-fil-a is Satan, what are doing eating there?
My kid works at one. He loves it and even eats there on off days.

Bet the NYC Health Dept. has no problem with Muslim restaurants operating without permits or unsanitary conditions.

I played hooky today & ate in town at chik. They are so polite, so organized & the food is always delicious. And CLEAN!!! No dirty, barely intelligible person taking your order either.
My niece is in school & works as an assistant manager at one in Asheville. She does tell some weird customer stories though. ; )
I can see why your son doesn’t get sick of it!

They have high expectations of their staff and that trickles down to their customers

I’ve eaten at Chick-fil-A a few times now that they have stores in California (two in San Jose that I know of), and my experience has been similar to yours.
And the customer experience is very similar to In-N-Out, just with chicken instead of burgers.

I’ve been to one or two over the years. Nothing really stood out. It’s just fast food.

I wonder if this is the store that opened last year...offered free sandwiches opening day...and people were camping out in line the night before.

Did they fail to correctly fill out the “No Gay Bashing Clause” under the “Diversity Requirements Agreement” section on the permit form?

I have always wanted to eat at an in n out burger! What has always puzzled me is this: why don’t other fast food places have high expectations of their workers & train them like chik????? It’s not rocket science its good for business.
You pour all this money into a franchise & you hire people who can’t speak, dirty uniforms, & seemingly no manager in sight....why? You go to all the trouble to own one, do it up right!!!!

The correct post, right here.
Also possibly a variant of it, maybe not paying off enough of the right people.

They do that with every store they open. The ‘First 100’ get a gift certificate for a year’s worth of free chicken sandwiches. Yes, they do camp out overnight. They did for the CFA I work for...in a driving rainstorm.
