They have high expectations of their staff and that trickles down to their customers
I stopped driving through/going to Wendys. The very last time the gal on the speaker and at the window acted like I was putting her out, And the french fries, ice cold. Complained on-line and never got a response.
The young people at Chick-fil-A are always very friendly and the food is good.
