I have always wanted to eat at an in n out burger! What has always puzzled me is this: why don’t other fast food places have high expectations of their workers & train them like chik????? It’s not rocket science its good for business.

You pour all this money into a franchise & you hire people who can’t speak, dirty uniforms, & seemingly no manager in sight....why? You go to all the trouble to own one, do it up right!!!!

At least in my city, In-N-Out and Chic Fil A pay their workers a couple of dollars an hour above the minimum wage. It shows. It is a pleasant experience to eat there. They have much higher quality workers than McDonalds and Jack-in-the-Box.

Chic Fil A and In-N-Out are more expensive than McDonalds. They don’t have a problem attracting customers willing to pay the higher prices, as the food and the dining experience (cleanliness, English speaking employees) are a step above the competition.

Their food is less than mediocre. Have never understood the fan club, of which my husband is a member.
