Illegal immigrant Rosa Ortega from Grand Prairie, Texas voted in five different elections in the past decade, but is not a United States citizen. She told reporters this week in a jail interview that she did not know the difference between citizen and resident.

I don’t think when they sentence you to 8 years, they don’t call it a jail.
So. She’s in prison; nobody in prison ever committed a ‘real’ crime. She will have plenty of company. :0)

How could she know the difference between citizen and non-citizen when the media goes out of its way to blur that line and probably every agency she’s ever come in contact with blurs that line as well?
All she has to do I prove she received services meant for citizens and was never asked to prove her citizenship.

She damn well knew, but lets go with her statement. OK so she doe snot know the difference between a citizen and a resident. Well if that is true then surely she is not educated enough to vote in the first place.
