Peter King: Leaks Against Flynn a ‘Criminal Action’
http://www.breitbart.com/video/2017/02/14/rep-king-leaks-flynn-criminal-action/ ^ | PAM KEY

King said, “You go back to the question of the leaks, that is a criminal action. I mean to have a wiretap of anyone, a foreign national, and to have an American come on that, an American citizen come on that tape, there is all sorts of precautions in the law, how that person’s identity has to be masked, how it can’t be made public. Yet, it was not only made public; it was leaked to a newspaper. So you have the national security advisor being taped. That could have been a legal wiretap aimed at the Russians. Yet, to have that leaked violating the law, it’s clearly wrong. Again, more should be said about that. That should be pursued right to the end, to find out who leaked that and take strong action against them. Also, obviously, the whole situation was General Flynn, that will also be looked into.”

And, McCain keeps saying that Flynn violated the Logan Act (FBI just came out and said he didn’t).

McCain has been photographed meeting with the leader of ISIS. How is that not a violation of the Logan Act???

Seems our liberal ‘elite’ intelligence services work with the
liberal ‘elite’ press to destroy the will of the American people.

The above human filth assists with the process turning our country into a hellhole.

That said, Trump’s one of the few people who can reverse this process - possibly our country’s savior.

If there was no warrant or judge involved...then a bunch of intel guys going to be rounded up for interviews and I’d suspect their clearances to be suspended until the the guilty party surfaces. Pretty lousy way to end your career...fired for something like this.

I don't think anyone has to "sign off" on it.

It's one thing if Flynn's phone was wiretapped. This sounds like a case where the wiretap was on the other end -- and was done as a matter of course by U.S. intelligence and/or law enforcement agencies.

You’re RIGHT (big font and all)!!!!

And all the Russophobia—and the sanctions—were and still are a “sore loser” tactic to try to compensate for the total and unexpected LOSS by Hillary and by obamunism at the polls!!!!

We need to get on with SMASHING ISIS and islam, and keeping them out of our country!!!! Destroy the muslim Brotherhood in the USA, too!!!!

“The Marxists will not be satisfied until Trump is taken out.”......

We are seeing just the tip of the iceberg. There will be constant turmoil brought on by these sycophants until Trump is run off. There is no possible way for Trump to succeed when having to continuously deal with issue such as the Flynn problem. Prepare for a long bumpy ride for the next 4 years, or less.

It's beginning to look like 0bama committed sedition with the Russian cr@p.

First, by deliberately creating a DANGEROUS rift with Russia on the way out the door, and then by authorizing leaking of classified information AGAINST the new administration.

Spread the word.

Unless flynn had a warrant on him , then the obama people will argue it was "legal" ... this must be the tip of the ice burg to the ethics violations from the last administration, but its reared its ugly head before...

0bama looks like he's guilty of sedition.

An open-and-shut case.

Obama’s gonna wear this by Friday.

0bama is a seditionist.

He DELIBERATELY caused a dangerous rift with the Russians on the way out the door, and then authorized the leak of classified information, which was obtained without a warrant.

Vetted patriots in the intel community need to narrow down the possible leaking organizations (divisions or branches) and then announce lie detector tests for those organizations. They all have TS/SCI clearances so they are able to tested at anytime. Then just watch who quickly retires, etc.

BTW, these kind of tests are actually kind of rare, most TS/SCI cleared may get only one their entire careers, at least in the DoD, intel people may get more. (The tests are very time consuming, one investigator could do only 2 per day.)

Or, maybe the Russians recorded the conversation and gave the transcript to the media on behalf of the Obama cult. Let's not forget that Obama is cozy with Russia as proven by his little hot mic moment a couple of years back.

The Logan Act was passed during the so-called Quasi-War with France when John Adams was President. Apparently no one has ever been prosecuted for violating it.

Wasn't John Kerry meeting with the North Vietnamese diplomats during the Paris peace talks a violation of the Logan Act? (As well as being treasonous...)

The danger is that if Trump defeats the current efforts to thwart everything he does, they will decide that he must be "liquidated."

Is everyone in the Secret Service reliable? Remember Anwar Sadat.

How many times did JFK send his AG over to the Soviet Embassy? In secret, which was eventually revealed after the fact, many moons later.

And how many leaks occurred during the JFK administration?

50 U.S. Code § 1810 - Civil liability

An aggrieved person, other than a foreign power or an agent of a foreign power, as defined in section 1801(a) or (b)(1)(A) of this title, respectively, who has been subjected to an electronic surveillance or about whom information obtained by electronic surveillance of such person has been disclosed or used in violation of section 1809 of this title shall have a cause of action against any person who committed such violation and shall be entitled to recover—
(a) actual damages, but not less than liquidated damages of $1,000 or $100 per day for each day of violation, whichever is greater;
(b) punitive damages; and
(c) reasonable attorney’s fees and other investigation and litigation costs reasonably incurred.

Flynn has a large lawsuit. He does not have to prove actual damages, as the law provides for liquidated damages, punitive damages and costs and attorney's fees.

Rather ironic
When the leaks were about Hillary it was ‘disregard the info, go after the messenger.’

When the leaks are about Pres, Trump it’s , ‘disregard the messenger, go after the message’.

The dims/libs/ MSM are going down the list.
Flynn today
Kellyanne tomorrow
Bannon next
Priebus after that
Spicer after that.
and on and on.

Pres. Trump, stand tall, don’t let these nipping little rodents have their way.

Who approved the unmasking of Flynn's name?
Who signed their name on the on the dotted line?

Start there-work out (or down)

No approval? Work down, one level at a time. Pull computer logs, phone calls, private email accounts, etc. Monitor all current communications. Revoke clearances. And so on & so on & so on until the perp is identified.

Name the investigation for what it is-a National Security Breach .
