You both deserve credit for a clever riposte. Well done.

Hey Moonbat, why not call on all of those movie stars and billionaires you have living in your socialist utopia? Surely they will run to the rescue.

“”Whistle Dixie, Jerry.””

Boy! No differing of opinions here on this request. He can go pound sand. I wouldn’t give him/that state one thin dime.

And what is he talking about? The Oroville Spillway damage? Has something worse happened after I went to bed last night? I had kept up with it until then and had talked to friends in CA and no disaster at that time or expected...

Good one...I’m out of there now. I can poke fun at them...

“”Pelosi and Feinstein could foot the entire bill and still remain filthy rich””

It would be priceless for these two witches to go “hat in hand” to the WH begging for help. I’m sure they will chime in on the subject. I can imagine what Trump is saying in private and since he never holds back, perhaps we’ll hear him say it in public!!

I have been wondering about this. Nevada has suffered severe damage with bridges out, roads and highways flooded or washed out, homes and ranches under water and dams bursting. I may have missed it but I sure haven't heard of that kind of destruction in California.

“as a matter of policy, has stated it will eschew federal intervention on immigration,”

As the Fed law currently stands, only LEO grants can be legally withheld when cooperation is not forthcoming from local law enforcement authorities.

Fed law as it currently stands does not give the President authority to withhold a Federal disaster declaration due to stated policies regarding immigration.

So, yes, as the law currently stands, California can have it both ways.

>>So, yes, as the law currently stands, California can have it both ways.<<

It is POTUS’ prerogative to declare a disaster.

This won’t hurt the people in the affected areas, just the taxpayers who elected their morons.

WINNING!

But enough rain and snow in many areas of CA causes mudslides.

My response too. After every cent budgeted for Sanctuary cities this year is spent on disaster relief, then we will discuss more funds.

“”I may have missed it but I sure haven’t heard of that kind of destruction in California.””

Same here. Brown has a lot of nerve asking for federal help in light of the $25,000 of taxpayer money per month to Eric Holder’s firm to find ways to subvert legislation from the Trump administration that would affect CA but a sentence in this link implies that they want to make it work NATIONWIDE. There simply aren’t any consciences in progressive’s brains.....

Not if they are going to secede - forget it till they prove they are going to stay within the union and close that “embassy” in Moscow.

Speaking of which, how is it that a transition team member who should be speaking with ambassadors, is accused of violating the Logan act, and someone from California opens an embassy is not?

And don’t forget all the money wasted in schools on bilingual education, remedial education, and any other programs for those who can’t/won’t assimilate to the culture and learn the language.

“No!”

I’m pretty sure that is a bad idea. We don’t want to confirm progressive complaints (sure to come) that Trump is a vindictive leader in addition to being a ____ (choose a progressive label). This is a separate issue from sanctuary cities, and there are plenty of real Americans in California who are patriots, have paid taxes and want freedom & liberty just as much as the rest of us.

I don't think you understand.

The judges must rule all illegals are to go home. It's not “Trump.”

This has been happening for a huge number of decades; however, you may not be familiar with this under 0bama.
