I am confused. Does this mean any president must now be given permission by the judiciary to make determinations about immigration.
Also does this mean that there are now no controls on who from those countries can get in? Is there still the same vetting as before?
Why can’t the DOJ just make a new EO that is more airtight?
Please anyone help me out here.
My question is if the law is really that clear cut and the EO,is lawful how can Judges of any court just blow it off? Stupid question I know, But lawless judges????? How can the Republic survive?

No we are not, the judges are Unless the terror attack takes place in San Francisco or Seattle. If it takes place in Red America I suggest the judges of the 9th circus seek refugee status in another country.

Sen Flake from AZ was on Fox this week and said he has introduced a bill to split the 9th and create a 12th circuit court. He said the 9th is too big - takes 15 months for hearings, 20% of population of the US and 40% of the land area of the US.

I read an article a couple of weeks ago. Sorry don’t remember where.
The article said one thing the Trump administration wants to do as part of the vetting procedures is for the government of the foreign country to provide the US with info on the person seeking the visa.
The article specifically said, Iran refuses to provide any information on their citizens to the US for purposes of granting a visa.
This is one simple way to enhance the vetting process. Require foreign governments to provide a “dossier” on someone applying for a visa. That takes the number of visas issued to Iranian nationals to ZERO.
The extreme vetting is the Trophy, not the temporary Travel Ban. In fact, its been nearly 3 weeks since Trump issued the EO. By the time the Supreme Court hears the case and issues a ruling, the 90 temporary Ban will have expired on its own!
DOJ AG SHOULD ORDER THE ARREST OF THESE 3 JUDGES FOR TREASON

President Trump could follow suit and ignore these state court and district appeals rulings. Obama at least did set a precedent for a POTUS to totally ignore the Judicial court rulings if he did not agree with them.
