The Ninth Circuit is EXTREMELY liberal. And it is the most over-turned circuit court in the country. It would rule against Trump no matter what the case was.
Congress needs to squash this out of control Judiciary. The judges do not rule over the Executive Branch but the Executive also cannot stop them. Only Congress can and I doubt they have the stomach for it.
Yea, I’m sure the Senate will get right on that. If the security of the country is at stake why does Trump have to , “see you court”. If the Republicans were on his team he could do many things but they are just as eager to impeach as the Dems

Why is this even being litigated in the first place? Trump issued a perfectly legal EO in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. The Judicial Branch shouldn’t even be addressing the issue.
Whatever extreme vetting they put in place, will also be stuck down by the liberal courts.
