The ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is out, and it has found against the Trump Administration, choosing to uphold the nationwide restraining order against Trump's immigration action.

The way I understand it, which I am sure I will be swiftly and mercilessly corrected if I am mistaken, is that it goes back to Judge Robart for a full hearing on a permanent injunction against the Trump EO, which then will most likely be appealed back to the 9th Circus.
I am not sure if the Supreme Court would entertain an emergency hearing to lift the TRO, which normally under court rules would expire in 15 days anyway.
The 9th is now in charge of border security, immigration rules and foreign policy. Evidently POTUS is a mere figure head and Congress has no say, the courts are the real power in the USA.
It is discouraging to see that the winning that we have expected from Trump so far is getting more difficult to obtain as time goes by. Seeing that liberal crowd in Seattle waving those placards reminds me of the Germans welcoming the Syrian refugees. We have to keep our fingers crossed that America will not follow the path that Merkel chose to lead Germany on.
These so-called judges from San Fran can now go out with confidence to their houses of debauchery and swing bars or wherever to be the toast of the town about how they stuck it to Trump.
At this point, winning this is paramount no matter how long it takes. Like getting Gorsuch seated on SCOTUS, and AG Sessions mapping out strategy that has the best chance to win.
Moreover, there are about 100 to 115 Federal court vacancies that Trump will fill, and I read there are about 10 to 12 open seats in the 9th circuit. Trump should put in judges who are right of Attila the Hun.

Send each one who comes here to live with a judge from the 9th Circus.
Then once they have their homes full, move the rest to live with Democrats in Congress.

How is it that a judge has more power than the elected head lawmaker of the US. Why wasn’t this kind of power move used against Barry? Makes more sense to me that the law stands until the courts could prove it somehow unconstitutional.
This sordid affair may be a blessing in disguise — up to now, winning came too easily for Trump. He now realizes that he will have to do his homework and more than that before making ANY decision.
