This ruling upheld Judge Robart's Temporary Restraining Order (TRO).

The way I understand it, which I am sure I will be swiftly and mercilessly corrected if I am mistaken, is that it goes back to Judge Robart for a full hearing on a permanent injunction against the Trump EO, which then will most likely be appealed back to the 9th Circus.

I am not sure if the Supreme Court would entertain an emergency hearing to lift the TRO, which normally under court rules would expire in 15 days anyway.
