Let me ask a stupid question. Why didn’t the DOJ do that before Sessions stepped in? There’s gonna be a whole lotta firing going on. Especially that idiot lawyer that represented the government; they scraped the bottom of the barrel for that turd.

I said it then, and I will say it now. I have and had a feeling that many of these lawyers at the DOJ are trying to blow this case. The lawyer spent more time stuttering, and never reciting the law which clearly states the President has the authority over immigration , on who he lets in.

Oh yes. The one I’m thinking of (Michelle Bennett) should be FIRED for being unprepared. Simple question from Judge Robarts (how many attacks, etc) - she should have anticipated that one - but responded “I don’t know”! Totally unacceptable.

Yes...Laura Ingraham, and another lawyer on FOX, said the government lawyer was just awful...an embarrassment!

Well, I suspect Sessions will be interviewing all the lawyers, and that will allow him to remove those who really are not qualified to be in that dept.

This will be important. I’m sure the former DOJ attorneys were very liberal lawyers .. willing to do anything to protect Obama.
