The country, that just had a two year debate about this, waits for 3 Liberal pukes to determine foreign policy. Rules of law my back side!

I’m really interested to know what cases they decided to deal with instead today. The country is dying

From France: a poll on the web site of the French daily Le Figaro (www.lefigaro.fr) - Do you think the US courts are right to challenge President Trump’s stand on immigration laws?

Almost 23 000 responses and Yes 45% and No 55%.

Surprising, non?!

If there’s a terrorist attack from this foot dragging I want every judge involved up on charges of treason.

I tend to see this as good news. I wonder if Trump threw them a curve ball by reading the plain language of the statute on television?

What is our lesson for the day — that it doesn't matter how many voters vote on an issue or how many legislators are on your side or if you support the president's decisions, IT ONLY MATTERS IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH JUDGES AND JUDGES IN THE RIGHT POSITIONS.

A single person or very small group of people can overrule the wishes of tens of millions of Americans and even the president and legislative branch. Judges have way too much power.

Democrats knew and know this. So, when the Supremes retire, we should be willing to fight to replace them with conservatives to balance the flood liberal judges appointed during Obama’s terms.

They are just writing their opinions, with the Bush judge either dissenting or trying to get agreement on keeping out new applicants who have never been here before.

What ac complete joke. It takes many days to read the law, which any serious human can read and decide in 10 minutes. The black shirt/robed creatures who decide what is real...

SCOTUS has Original jurisdiction of this case. Trump and his team are just about as lost on law as most of USGov.

Bull. The decision is made, and it is the typical liberal nonsense. They are just dragging their feet, just like the Senate Democrats.

For that court to take this long, means even THEY are having a hard time justifying not permitting the order to go through as Trump wants it.

Trump still runs the executive branch. Say you are complying, and then process 2 or 3 applications per week. Only assign one employee to it.

They are having a hard time fashioning a ruling that seems to uphold the law while skirting it.
