This doesn't bode well. The delay is either due to:
- Trying to find semi-logical reasons for ignoring the plane rule of law. Or..
- Trying to come up with explanations for accepting the clearly written laws that will appease their liberal fans. and absolve the rogue judge that second guessed the executive.

Well, the "plane" rule of law is two dimensional, but the Ninth Circus has entered the third dimension (maybe the fourth dimension) and are crafting a universal interpretation covering the world as they hope it will be for the sp'lained rule of law. /sarc

Trying to come up with explanations for accepting the clearly written laws that will appease their liberal fans. and absolve the rogue judge that second guessed the executive.As a lawyer, I would assume the delay is due to the fact that they know that, whichever way they rule, their decision is going to be appealed to SCOTUS, and they want to write an opinion that is well-researched and carefully written.
