The judge opens up our country to potential terrorists and others that do not have our best interests at heart. Bad people are very happy!
Trump should take his EO to Congress for them to pass by majority. Then the arrogant, egotistical Seattle Judge can give his middle finger to our ENTIRE GOV'T not just Trump. Perhaps Congress should pass a law that any harm to Americans resulting from judge's stoppage of presidential travel bans can be actionable in court against the judge by the victim's families.

Sure is. This is what one would consider settled law. But was is unsettling is the four usual suspects in dissent.

I believe it precedes the Seattle Judge's ruling!
If there is a lawyer who reads this, I’d like to know how a Judge in Oregon can issue a nation wide stay, with virtually no statement referencing the legal reason.
Especially, since a Judge in Boston already explained legally that the Executive Order was legally correct, and therefore declined to extend the stay.
So wait....when it comes to immigration a judge has the constitutional right to override a temporary executive order by the POTUS? The rule of law and constitutional interpretation are becoming really hazy to me right about now.
9th circuit is a rogue circuit...and is frequently overturned at scotus...but we are missing one justice. THAT is the problem here. You cant trust that what should happen will happen..especially when RBG wore her dissent collar to the inauguration.
