So wait....when it comes to immigration a judge has the constitutional right to override a temporary executive order by the POTUS? The rule of law and constitutional interpretation are becoming really hazy to me right about now.
9th circuit is a rogue circuit...and is frequently overturned at scotus...but we are missing one justice. THAT is the problem here. You cant trust that what should happen will happen..especially when RBG wore her dissent collar to the inauguration.
