I do believe that Trump should have put a date like Monday it begins. Having those in the air has totally destroyed this awesome EO. Now we have a guy who worked with the American Military as their spokesman on Refugees. Ugh. Not a great start on the ban. Oh well a novice mistake I suppose.
Sounds to me like stay is for those that got caught up in the initial implementation on 1st days. Those already in the air.

I respectfully disagree. I think this EO has not been ruined at all. Litigation was inevitable and despite liberal handwringing, I do not believe most Trump supporters have any issue with this. The US military had no authority to offer admission to the USA to translators or anyone else. These people accepted employment for money knowing full well that doing so would put them at odds with certain of their countrymen.
