Priebus on media: 'We're not going to sit around and take it'

White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus on Sunday blasted the media, accusing reporters of trying to delegitimize the presidency of Donald Trump. "The point is not the crowd size. The point is the attacks and the attempts to delegitimize this president in one day," Priebus said on "Fox News Sunday."

"And we're not going to sit around and take it."

Priebus's comments come a day after the president railed on the media and accused reporters of lying about the crowd size at his inauguration.

Chris Wallace was stuttering with rage because he was dragged out on a Saturday and forced to do a little work. He’d much rather be home ghostwriting his wife’s awful cookbooks.

Priebus does a good job.

Can't wait till Monday to see what President Trump does next.

Hope he names USSC nominee to throw Schumer into a tizzy at the same time these cabinet folks are getting Senate Confirmation.

Over the years I've noticed that Schumer isn't very good at doing more than one thing at a time. And he's not about to giving up an ounce of power....Rather Shakespearean.

Trump "railed"? No, he merely spoke the truth. And he didn't just "accuse" the reporters of lying. They demonstrably lied, as even their own photos and videos reveal.

W’s “take the high road” approach led directly to obozo.

When false accusations are allowed to stand they are taken as true. This is true in formal debate and true in public opinion.

This is the first time we have a truly media savvy POTUS (and by extension, administration) EVER. JFK didn’t play the media, he played UP to it.

And that one thing is usually finding the TV camera with the red light on.

This is a big step in the right direction. One of the biggest mistakes that George W. Bush made was that he felt that it was beneath the dignity of his presidential office to respond to his critics. This silence permitted the leftists to have a field day distorting his record.

The “cleansing at Fox” will not be complete until this worthless little carp-faced troll is gone.

What a breath of fresh air! During the Bush years I could not understand why all the Adminisration did was sit back and take it. The media rejoiced when W’s popularity dropped below 40%. It got so low because many former supports (myself included) dropped out in disgust.

I'm hoping it has to do with sanctuary cities.

It is said that the most dangerous place in DC is between Schumer and a camera.

...Schumer isn't very good at doing more than one thing at a time...

Schumer has perfected the technique of getting in front of the most cameras for the most time.
