Donald Trump is ready to begin taking executive actions on his first day in the White House on Friday to move quickly on his pledge to crack down on immigration, build a wall on the U.S.-Mexican border and roll back policies of outgoing President Barack Obama.

Trump, a Republican elected on Nov. 8, arrived in Washington on Thursday with his family to kick of a weekend of festivities and spoke to a gathering of members of his incoming administration.

After being sworn in during a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol on Friday, Trump is poised to wield one of the most powerful tools of his office, the presidential pen, for executive actions that can be implemented without the input of Congress.

When I get up tomorrow, I’ll put my full, retirement, AG344 Army Green Service Uniform on, before I go outside to put the U.S Flag up, in front of the house.

...will undo the overeach of power carried out by his predecessor.

Yep, somehow Rooters Fake News and Propaganda manages to miss that little fact.

Some other Rooters g horse manure for you to deconstruct:

Obama, a Democrat ending eight years as president, was also quick to use his executive authority when he took office, creating an ethics code for his appointees and banning the use of waterboarding, a simulated drowning, for interrogating suspects detained in terrorism cases.

He made frequent use of his executive powers during his second term in office, when the Republican-controlled Congress stymied his efforts to overhaul immigration and environmental laws. Many of those actions are now ripe targets for Trump to reverse.

Have fun!

Obama never thought that a Republican would ever wield that pen. He and Harry Reid had apparently swallowed the “Emerging Democrat Majority” bullcrap.

I'm going to take a guess and say that every signature needed to perform the elimination of obozo's EO's are done and waiting for the announcement at 12:00:01, January 20, 2017.

Or whatever time the actual oath is completed.

So, last week when I said I met with Team Trump at Trump Tower, this was one of the things we discussed. The rollout was supposed to be even bigger. There was a difference of opinion in Team Trump between those who wanted “shock and awe” and a massive “cancel everything” move, and those who favored a “drip, drip, drip.”

I liked the former, but the rationale for holding off on some was the cabinet appointees. It was thought that being too provocative before they were in place might kill a couple of nominations.

Everything I get from Team Trump is that they want to be MORE aggressive, and are holding back in certain areas only to ensure that no one can stop them once they get started.

Makes sense until Cabinet is confirmed.

After all we have a few GOP Senators that would any excuse to vote
against some of Trumps nominee’s.

We all know who those senators are.
