Well I hope that it gets some ideas going. It doesn’t have to be mine.
For the most part, the people who think in terms of beatdowns are fantasizing, and if push comes to shove they will even end up acknowledging it. The bias of the US as a whole also continues to be towards peace, however uneasy.
Post of the fantasy that, if it ever saw light, would turn the tide back leftward.
The best thing is to know when, how, and towards what.

Having a capacity for violence is the best reason for preferring peace - and for ending any conflict decisively and in most cases permanently whenever others initiate violence or otherwise present no acceptable alternative.
Pinging you to this. I’ve come across some information that indicates a fake news scammer has latched onto Bikers For Trump. The guy apparently has a long history of scamming people with fundraisers, for the Joplin tornado, also in Alabama, he faked being a radio DJ out in California to scam money, on and on.

If this is correct a lot of people who think they’re contributing to Chris Cox and Bikers For Trump are actually getting ripped off by this guy, who apparently is not a biker. He’s selling all sort of stuff, too, shirts, bumper stickers.
To further clarify here... it’s probably unlikely that any biker would need to actually die in this context. However, many may need to swallow their pride, in order to countenance the possibility of persuading their enemies to become their friends. Swallowing one’s pride is a kind of death. But it makes room for a different life, one that comes from above, rather than from below.
Something is going to budge if America is really to move off of the hate-based dime.
And yet the situation remains static. As in Westboro Baptist confrontations, the bikers can keep a problem from getting worse. But can they take the next step and make it better? That would mean throwing away I-don’t-care attitudes, however. It would require being willing to see what it is that made the enemy what it was, and separating the fundamentally wrong from the misguided.
Nobody is truly anarchist. Human nature rebels against that. What actually happens is not anarchy but alternative-archy. To prevent better alternatives to the alternatives is the way out of the dilemma.

I’m an old guy too. My fighting days are over. I’d love to see these lefties get whacked but in all honesty I hope just the sight of big, burly dudes with biceps like cannonballs puts the fear of God in the pansy asses and they decide it just isn’t worth it to start any trouble.

Most of these angry snowflakes who talk about ‘micro-aggressions” have never met anyone in full out personal aggression. Many bike clubs have ‘beat downs’ just as part of their initiation rites to become a brother.

Thanks. So this is widely known? It appears that the guy’s duped quite a number of people and is being blamed for Bikers For Trump not making their GoFundMe goal for the inauguration, bleeding off donations to his scam.
