The suit, filed Tuesday morning, claims Trump knew his statements about Zervos and his other accusers would subject them to "threats of violence, economic harm and reputational damage."

Trump says they are lying, so of course he is going to respond and say so. If someone defends themselves from false accusations, that person is not responsible for the consequences to said accuser.

"Ms. Zervos is willing to dismiss her lawsuit if he will retract his false statements about her and acknowledge that what Summer said about Mr. Trump and his alleged conduct is and was the truth," she said.

Uh, yeah right. If Trump didn't do it, he is not going to admit to doing something he didn't do. Do you honestly think that would be the end of it? That would only be the beginning, and the media would then be able to brand him.

For the record, when these accusations came out, I did a long blog post which detailed the accusations made by these women and showed questions one could have about these stories. Here is the part I did on Summer Zervos:

SUMMER ZERVOS

Summer Zervos was a former contestant on The Apprentice.  She was fired but still liked Trump.  For the record, Trump is denying the following account, but I went through it to point out some head scratcher things that she said.

1. After being kicked off of The Apprentice, Zervos still admired Trump and “continued to see him as a possible mentor and a potential employer.”  She describes a meeting with him at his New York office in 2007 when she was visiting from California, during which she says he told her he would “love to have” her work for him, and wanted to meet again when he visited Los Angeles in the near future. He also allegedly kissed her on the lips both when they said hello and when they parted ways, something she says upset her but she ultimately chalked up to “some form of greeting.”

She said that he kissed on the lips twice, but she decided it was "some form of greeting."  She said she called her parents who thought the same.  I can only speak to the fact that if I told my parents that, they would say that is odd - not "some form of greeting."

He told her of her appearance on The Apprentice:

He said that he was impressed with how I handled myself on The Apprentice. He said that he had never met anyone with my combination of being smart, attractive, and with the largest set of balls as I had.

Just one thing, she was the FIRST person he fired on The Apprentice that season:

Zervos was the very first of 18 people eliminated on the first episode of the season. She got herself fired after repeatedly interrupting Donald Trump.

Zervos’ teammates complained that she didn’t contribute anything to their project. Zervos only made one sales phone call then gave up — her job was to make as many calls as possible.

http://gotnews.com/tag/summer-zervos/

Why would he say that about someone who he fired first?  Why would he be so excited about hiring her when she was the first fired from the show?

2.  Now we get to the hotel part of her story where she claimed he met her at a Beverly Hills hotel when he was in California:

I was standing in the entryway. To the left was a bedroom and I saw Mr. Trump’s clothes on the bed. I did not see him but he greeted me with “Hello” in a sing-song voice. I thought a mistake had been made and Mr. Trump thought he was speaking with someone he was more familiar with.

I walked farther into the living room, away from the bedroom, and sat down. I waited for about 15 minutes until Mr. Trump emerged. He had his suit on. I stood up and he came to me and started kissing me open-mouthed as he was pulling me toward him. I walked away and I sat down in a chair. He was in a low seat across from me and I made an attempt at conversation. He then asked me to sit next to him. I complied. He then grabbed my shoulder and started kissing me again very aggressively and placed his hand on my breast.

I pulled back and walked to another part of the room. He walked up, grabbed my hand, and walked me into the bedroom. I walked out. He then turned me around and said, “Let’s lay down and watch some tele-tele.” He put me into an embrace and I tried to push him away. I pushed his chest to put space between us and I said, “C’mon, man, get real.” He repeated my words back to me — “get reeeeal” — as he began thrusting his genitals. He tried to kiss me again with my hand still on his chest and I said, “Dude, you’re tripping right now,” attempting to make it clear I was not interested. He said, “Well, what do you want.” I said, “I came to have dinner.” He said, “Okay, we’ll have dinner.”

First of all, if we are to believe this account, he forced himself on her three times, and she continued to stay.  This reads so unrealistically:

~"Hello" in a sing song voice?

~"Let's lay down and watch some tele-tele."  Who the heck uses the term "tele-tele?"

~"C'mon, man, get real."  That sounds like a phrase guys would use.  Maybe a woman might use that to a friend or a guy in some instances, but to someone who is forcing himself on you?

~"Get reeeeal"  Trump supposedly mocked her saying "get reeeeal" while thrusting his genitals.  Reading like a bad teen novel.

~"Dude, you're tripping right now"  This is slang and an odd phrase to use.  Still reading like a bad teen novel.

~Then he asked her what she wanted.  She said she came for dinner.  Now wait a minute, a guy forced himself on you three times, and you stayed for dinner?  So then Trump ordered dinner and discussed real estate and business with her with her the rest of the night:

She says their dinner only involved business and real-estate talk, and that they met the next morning at his golf course in Palos Verdes. “I wondered if the sexual behavior was some kind of test,” Zervos says, “or whether or not I had passed.”

Say what?  If that happened, how could anyone consider it some kind of test?  That suggests that she thought he does that with women he wants to employ because either he only hires women who kiss him back OR he only hires women who don't kiss him back.  That's nonsensical.

From the hotel. I drove straight to our family business to speak with my father, and he gave his advice. I decided to go to the golf course the next day.

What advice could her father possibly give?  No father would tell her to go if this occurred (unless she ignored her father).  I repeat, no father.

After receiving a tour of Trump’s golf course from the general manager, she says the latter called her and offered her a job for half the salary she was looking for. She says she continued to discuss business opportunities with Trump — though he reportedly told her to no longer use his private number — until he eventually told her he couldn’t afford to hire her.

So she was willing to stay with a guy who forced himself on her three times, but she stuck around, and she was disappointed because he didn't offer a job with the salary she wanted.  Then, it seems that she kept trying to discuss business opportunities with Trump, but he never gave her an opportunity she wanted, said she couldn't use his number, and then said he couldn't afford to hire her.  The fact that Trump declined her on these three things could be reason enough to want to smear him. However, she still wanted to work for Trump:

Even though Mr. Trump had sexually harassed me, I still wanted to get a job within the Trump Organization. I felt that since I had made it clear to him I was not interested in having a sexual relationship with him that he would give me a job that would be based solely on merit, and we would be able to work together.

What?!!  That makes no sense.  She claimed he sexually assaulted her, but she still wanted a job with him because, what?  He wouldn't do it again?  Why would a woman want a job working for and with a man who sexually assaulted her?

3.During Mr. Trump's fight for the Republican nomination, I saw and heard Mr. Trump nonstop on television and in the news. Customers at my restaurant asked about him, as they knew I was a contestant on The Apprentice. I always complimented and never said anything about what we had done at the Beverly Hills Hotel. However, this caused me a great deal of pain and anguish, and I felt the need to confront Mr. Trump and ask him to apologize for his behavior.

I also thought he might have been embarrassed by his behavior, and this would provide him with the opportunity to clear the air. I had no idea about his behavior with other women at the time. Therefore, I contacted his secretary in April of 2016 and asked if I could reconnect with Mr. Trump. I did not tell her why I wanted to speak with him. she responded that, perhaps, his campaign team would follow up with me.

So she contacted him to come to the restaurant to apologize?  Let's say he had done it.  Did she really expect him to, while he was running for President and surrounded by Secret Service, media, aides, etc. to go to her restaurant and apologize?  She waited until he was running for President to ask for that apology?

She emailed Trump's secretary on April 14, 2016.  The text is as follows;

Hello,

I am certain that you are a very busy woman.  I am in an unique situation being that I am the only former Apprentice who operates a business where Mr. Trump's supporters can walk in, express their admiration for him and inquire about my experience.  Mr. Trump has a great deal of support in Huntington Beach, CA!  He has witnessed both my highs and lows operating a small business and I am pleased to report that business is good.  Sunny's restaurant has a long history of making people fee special.  We hire a diverse crew and hire anyone that is honest while working hard.  Mr. Trump is cut from the same cloth.

I would greatly appreciate reconnecting at this time.  He will know my intentions are genuine.

Thanks you,

Summer Zervos

She said she had contacted his secretary and then sent an email on April 21, 2016 (no mention of the April 14 email):

I then wrote his assistant an email on April 21, 2016, asking her to send my email directly to Mr. Trump. In that email, I stated, "Your interest in me as a potential employee meant the world to me. Your interest in me as anything more blew my mind, and I lost my footing." I further said, "I have been incredibly hurt by our previous interaction." I ended by stating, "I hope to hear from you and wish you continued success." Mr. Trump did not reply.

So incredibly hurt that she wanted to work for him after it?  She never specifically referenced the April 14, 2016 email, so I don't know if she admitted to sending that or not.  Again, if he did it, why contact him again?   Why praise him in this email and simultaneously expect an apology?  Why would she think he would apologize and do so while running for President at her restaurant surrounded with people?   "Hurt from a previous interaction" could have something to do with not being given a job.

4.  For Trumps' part, he says the whole thing is fiction - that he never met her at a hotel:

“I vaguely remember Ms. Zervos as one of the many contestants on The Apprentice over the years. To be clear, I never met her at a hotel or greeted her inappropriately a decade ago. That is not who I am as a person, and it is not how I’ve conducted my life. In fact, Ms. Zervos continued to contact me for help, emailing my office on April 14th of this year asking that I visit her restaurant in California.

“Beyond that, the media is now creating a theater of absurdity that threatens to tear our democratic process apart and poison the minds of the American public. When Gloria Allred is given the same weighting on national television as the President of the United States, and unfounded accusations are treated as fact, with reporters throwing due diligence and fact-finding to the side in a rush to file their stories first, it’s evident that we truly are living in a broken system.

“Hillary Clinton can spend all of her time and money pushing complete lies against our campaign, but I refuse to fall victim to this vicious cycle of personal attacks. In the coming days I plan on addressing our nation in a more personal way to present my vision for how together we fight to bring back American jobs and defend our country against radical Islamic terrorism. I will take my message directly to the American people and bypass the unethical press that wants to see their candidate elected. Together, we will make America great again.”

5.  Again, her story at a lot of "What the heck?" moments in it.  His rebuke matches up with her clearly wanting a job from Trump.  Could it be bitterness?  Her cousin thinks so:

"I am completely shocked and bewildered by my cousin, Summer Zervos, and her press conference today. Ever since she was on The Apprentice she has had nothing but glowing things to say about Mr. Trump. For almost a decade, my cousin would talk about how much she looked up to Mr. Trump and viewed him as an inspiration – a success story she wanted to copy. Summer would also talk about how kind and caring Mr. Trump was on the show, and how he would even visit children in hospitals without telling the press. She has praised the good things he's done for her life, and in fact she converted her friends and our family to become Trump supporters even though we’ve never been active in politics before.

“That was until Summer invited Mr. Trump to her restaurant during the primary and he said no. I think Summer wishes she could still be on reality TV, and in an effort to get that back she’s saying all of these negative things about Mr. Trump. That’s not how she talked about him before. I can only imagine that Summer’s actions today are nothing more than an attempt to regain the spotlight at Mr. Trump’s expense, and I don’t think it reflects well.” – John Barry, Mission Viejo, CA (first cousin of Summer Zervos)

6.  Her lawyer is none other than Gloria Allred who was behind the Herman Cain supposed victims who came out when he was running for President and disappeared as soon as he dropped out.  She also was behind rumors of an October surprise that was supposed to take Romney out.  No need, of course, Romney took himself out.  She was a delegate at the DNC this past cycle.

http://gotnews.com/breaking-trump-accuser-lawyer-gloriaallred-democrat-fundraiser-wikileaks-emails-tried-kill-romney-campaign/

Here is a Wikileaks email where she goes back and forth with a Jordan Vaughn about the language in an invitation to a DNC reception.  This email back and forth was in May of 2016 where Gloria was already accusing him of sexual harassment.  At one point she says after receiving the first draft:

Please delete the word ”fellow”. Also, his position on equal pay is unclear. I think you should delete that. Is there anything you can substitute for that, e.g. demeaning treatment of women in the work place or sexual harassment in the work place?

This is the final draft they settled on:

Friend –

Donald Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee for President of the United States in 2016. As a lifelong advocate for women’s rights, this statement is frightening. Donald Trump has pledged to reverse the vast amounts of great progress we have made over the years. His demeaning treatment of women and his stance on the Supreme Court and issues such as abortion would reverse this progress and negatively impact millions of Americans across the country – and that is unacceptable.

The time to act is now. That is why I hope you will join myself, Tina Tchen, and Robbie Kaplan for a Democratic National Committee reception on May 31st at the home of Leatitia and Richard Garriott in New York. We will come together and discuss the upcoming race, and why we as Democrats must do everything we can to ensure a Democrat remains in the White House for the next four years.

RSVP now via the attached invite or below:

https://finance.democrats.org/page/contribute/DLCReceptionMay31

I hope you will answer this important call to action.

Gloria Allred

So I will make millions suing Harry Reid when I say, I have it on good authority he beats his wife” and he denies it?

Liberls... sigh

IMO < Gloria Alred is competing with Nancy Pelosi for the most annoying female public figure.

It’s hard to pick which one, to be honest.

I don’t know if they can use this against him or not in court, but according to Gloria Allred, she asked to take a lie detector test, it was administered by someone she claims is an “experienced” and “recognized” polygrapher, and she passed.

Gloria Airhead is all you have to know. She’s got a whole stable of these bimbos. At least one for each Republican politician.

This woman was literally the least credible of all the women making sketchy accusations against Trump for the first time right before the election. Her story and playacting were jokes. If Trump didn’t have far more important things to attend to, he should be suing her for defamation. She obviously has no case, so she must be an attention whore or someone’s paying her in an attempt to hurt Trump.

Gloria Allred is a useful tool of the left to continue to try to take President Elect Trump down. This accusation didn't fly before the election, so they're trying it again, so the news media can crow about 'Trump being sued for sexual assault, so he can't possibly be fit for office.'

They don't want to go there, because Trump will remind them in successive tweets about Monica in the Oval Office. ;o)
