Ponzi king Bernie Madoff is seeking new business ventures behind bars — in the hot chocolate market.
Madoff , 78, has bought up all Swiss Miss packets from the commissary at the Butner federal correction complex in North Carolina, and is reselling them for a profit, according to a report.
“Bernie really was a successful businessman with quite original insights into the market, and he’s continued applying his business instincts in prison,” journalist Steve Fishman told MarketWatch after interviewing Madoff at length for his new podcast “Ponzi Supernova.” “He made it so that if you wanted any, you had to go through Bernie.”

LOL, I thought you said a new *storage* for hot chocolate.
I am sure that he is protected in doing this by at least one prison gang.
I talked to a to a homeless man this morning and asked him how he ended up this way.
He said, “Up until last week, I still had it all. I had plenty to eat, my clothes were washed and pressed, I had a roof over my head, I had TV and Internet, and I went to the gym, the pool, and the library. I was working on my MBA on-line. I had no bills and no debt. I even had full medical coverage.”
I felt sorry for him, so I asked, “What happened? Drugs? Alcohol? Divorce?”

Labor Relations and plant security knew about it and let him do his thing until the vending company that owned the machines in the cafeteria complained then they would shut him down till the heat died off.
Both those guys would arrive at the plant at about 4:30 a.m. and spend two hours setting up in preparation for their 6:30 a.m. start time........

In many prisons Bernie would be allowed to keep his life for a hot chocolate. Remember he already got a few bumps and bruises.

Sounds like a good case right there for why the carbon credit traders and other Marxist moneychangers who wanted to force the transfer of trillions of US dollars to 3rd world dictatorships should be in a prison someplace.
And the commissary doesn’t send someone to Costco for another box of hot cocoa because.......?
