Donald Trump: "Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood"
Donald Trump Facebook ^ | 9 Jan. 2016 | Donald Trump

Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a Hillary flunky who lost big.

For the 100th time, I never "mocked" a disabled reporter (would never do that) but simply showed him "groveling" when he totally changed a 16 year old story that he had written in order to make me look bad.

Just more very dishonest media!

I have to admit I think it would be some good karma if the libs end up suffering what they had planned for their enemies. Like a corrupt sheriff tying his own hangman’s knot.

Most liberal like having big galas and giving each other awards.

Which explain Clint Eastwood's four Oscars. Oh, wait...

You know by regular people and not inside the trade people?

How many trade awards aren't voted on almost exclusively by people in the industry? Is the Cy Young award voted on by regular people? The Heisman Trophy? Rookie of the Year awards in any sports? Membership in any Hall of Fames? Tony Awards? Emmy Awards?

No, just noticing a pattern. You seem to agree with Democrats most the time. It is almost as if you are a plant.

For example?

Teri Garr used to be the “It Girl”
during the 70’s and 80’s. She was in many comedies.
Suddenly, she was struck with Multiple Sclerosis, and soon, her career was over. David Letterman had her own dozens of times before her ailment.

These movie “stars” are as human as any of us & are not
immortal (immoral maybe). Sometimes I look up some “star”
or the other on Wikipedia and find they died back in the
last century.

As The Trump Train roars down the track to MAGA, he takes a couple of seconds to toss out a tweet and it drives the media insane.

My money spends. No matter how good she is, I won’t shell out one dime for anything she’s in anymore. Ditto for the lot of them, even though that’s a lot of people.

I read.

I certainly agree with him.

I have never been much of a fan of Meryl Streep. I have always felt she was too perfect, and it was kind of cold and mechanical.

However, hubby and I watched Florence Foster Jenkins recently and about half way through my hubby said, "just give her the Oscar".

Tomorrow the Liberal-Left begins calling one of the finest, refined, and gentlemanly members of the US Senate, Jeff Sessions, a “racist,” “homophobe,” “sexist,” “xenophobe,” and a “fascist” in order to de-legitimize him and his prospective boss, Donald Trump.

Let’s see how many of the esteemed members of the Media(and that includes you Fox News)call out this disgusting behavior by the Neo-Marxist Alinskyites that make up the ‘Rat Party and come to Sen. Sessions’ defense.

The Media and the Liberal-Left can take their smug, self-righteous hypocrisy and go straight to hell.

Too bad Twitter posts don’t come with a Tagline (the way Free Republic posts do). Then Trump could have a running total of New Jobs Created under each of his posts.

I've been following his feed for about a year and he averages maybe 5 or 6 Tweets a day. That really doesn't take a lot of time out of his day - which he appears to start around 4am and ends around 11pm. So maybe 1 percent of his waking hours is spent on Twitter. Considering that he reaches 20 million people or more with these tweets - completely bypassing all media filters - it's time well spent. The media would have us believe that Trump obsessively tweets all day long about every little thing. Not even close to the truth.

Trump will be the first president that regularly communicates directly to the American people without having his message filtered by media, speechwriters and handlers.

Very well said.

Worth repeating (which I just did).

Your impressed with academy awards, academy award nominations, golden globe nominations?
You need to get a real life.
These morons read words written by other people; go through motions that are practiced and coached by other people.
In most cases a good trainer can teach a reasonably intelligent dog to do the same tricks, and the dog would be more believable.

For example, YOU, Sir, are a RHODODENDRON today. Tomorrow,
you will be a VIOLET, next day a ROSE BUSH, next day a
DAFFODIL . . . . .

If your enemies have a proven, effective tactic (the tactic of personal destruction), a smart opponent adopts that tactic and uses it against them.
The left has been doing this to us for decades and it works, so why, I ask shouldn’t we use the same tactics on them?

No shite

Ever since The Holocaust miniseries where she plays the shiksa wife to James Woods doomed Jewish character and sleeps with Nazis to try to save him in vain.....first I ever saw her

1977 I think

She’s pretty much herself playing different roles

She’s an amalgamation of northeastern non Jewish heritage playing those parts

Wasp

Irish

German

English

Even Swiss

A Yankee everywasp

But boy does she love to be heard

This was nothing more than a publicity stunt on Meryl Streep’s part. Trump is correct in that she is washed up.
