Hugh Laurie absolutely roasted Donald Trump and the entire Republican party during his Golden Globes acceptance speech tonight.
The actor won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Series, Limited Series, or Motion Picture Made for Television for his work in The Night Manager, and he began his speech by saying “Thank you first to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for this amazing honor. I suppose it’s made more amazing by the fact that I’ll be able to say I won this at the last ever Golden Globes…I don’t mean to be gloomy, it’s just that it has the words Hollywood, Foreign and Press in the title.”

It’s only going to get worse from Hollyweird. I saw a preview for the ABC show “Blackish” during the NFL playoffs this weekend. They had someone on the show admitting they voted for Trump and the rest of the cast shamed her and shook their heads.
What a bunch of propaganda crap. I’m glad I rarely watch any of the main network shows. They all need to go out of business.

Night Manager was great. I won’t take Laurie’s acting away from him. But, he should shut up about politics.
