In fact, I am compelled to start carrying a gun and ammo in my check-in baggage from now on. I wouldn’t want to be caught short defending myself like all this people in concealed carry Florida.

All abortion clinics should have to have an operating theater to handle potential emergencies.

we need also a new police force to go to all abortion clinics to audit and confirm the fitness of their documentation.

this is because we love women.

Lies by omission, anyone can walk in off the street into the baggage claim area with a loaded weapon as there is no screening in that area.

You can also be a radical jihadist already on the law enforcement agencies radar when you fly...

“You Can ‘Carry a Gun and Ammo’ in Checked Bag When You Fly”

Its true, but Breitbart insinuates this is somehow a misleading statement.

Personally I don’t see any need to carry ammo on a plane. He can buy ammo easily at his destination. But on the other hand all that does is move the shoot up off premises of the airport. The real problem is that this guy is a danger and unless you’re going to institutionalize these guys you’re going to have a problem.

Ummm...hunters have been checking their guns for decades. A great many others do it all the time. See, we can actually take our guns with us when we travel, just like our underwear and medicine.

God, please rid America of ignorant minds, soon.

There is a simple fix for this. If a gun and ammo are in a checked bag, simply have TSA put a locking seal on that bag that can only be opened by another TSA station key. Traveler picks up his bag at baggage claim, goes to the TSA station, seal is removed, and the traveler goes on his merry way.

Keep in mind the Islamists have a long term view of how they will conquer the world.

Just maybe the game plan for the Islamist shooting at FLL is to create new laws restricting guns.

If the Islamists can take away our guns, then they will have smaller problems taking over the USA.

Europe is in major trouble because they have highly restrictive gun laws while at the same time importing millions of Islamists.

Let’s be real—in a free society, there are many (crowded) public places that you can just walk into and open fire. In an airport, the police probably have a more rapid response time than most places. The only special thing about airports is the amount of disruption such an incident can cause.

I am not allowing Islamic terrorists to destroy our civil rights.

I am not allowing the Dem-Left to take our gun rights away in response to this terrorist murderer. As for mental illness, give me the name of an Islamic terrorist who is not suffering from it.

Very calculated and the news is hush-hush as they try to shift the cause of the violence to the Second Amendment.

Last time I checked in with a fire arm, they made me take it out of the locked and cabled metal case inside my luggage (don’t want TSA to have an easy time stealing it), open the action and show that it was not loaded. I was weird to do that with everyone in line watching suspiciously. Yikes.

They then put a red tag on my bag saying there was a gun inside. BUT the counter guy at the last second tucked the tag inside my luggage and closed it. He said that he had to put the tag on the luggage but said that regulations did not say it had to be visible. Cool.

Sure you can. I’ve done it many times. The difference is that I’m not a jihadi nut case.
