I'm with you. I used to try to keep that impulse in check, but after this election? When I hear of terrorist attacks now, my first thought is, "But who exactly did they kill? Nightclub full of inner-city 20-somethings? Hm. Probably mostly Lefties. Well, that's too bad, but I'm not going to lay awake all night over it. Who got raped? The German chicks working in the refugee welcome center? Well... that's a shame, but it was avoidable..." I suppose that's awful, awful, awful, but I'm just sick to death of Lefties. I hate them very nearly as much as terrorists. And I don't see why I should feel bad, because they hate us WORSE than they hate terrorists, so screw them.
For many of us it goes far further back in time, and deep in our dislike of liberals.
First, the liberal elite turning McCarthy into a joke when he was, for the most part, right.
Then their obnoxious ad on TV showing a girl running from an atomic weapon blast, claiming Goldwater was going to start a nuclear war.
Cronkite lying about Tet.
Claiming we were "baby killers" in Nam, when it is the liberals who purposely murder babies every day.
The leftist writers of history books and the media who always associate NAZIs with the "right wing", and have called us "fascists" and "Nazis", when the liberal's own beliefs are a mix of Nazi, fascist and communist.
For those of us who have been paying attention for a long time, this runs deep.
Finally the straw broke the camel's back and the liberals pissed off too many people about too many things at the same time.
Let us hope that our own RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) don't ruin this chance to set things right.
Let's hope Trump does what we hope he will.

Well and truly said, and by no means awful, but simply a recognition of reality. So you have no reason at all to feel bad.
The following was sent to me by a friend of a friend. The tone of the message explains exactly why Trump won:

most of the US low sulfur coal,

Everybody who is opposed to the Democrat slave machine should be a redneck, and for excellent reason. Rednecks picked their own cotton.
I would add the Catholic bishops, weeping and wailing about “frightened” illegal aliens. From their statements, you would never guess that the most fanatical abortionist in history was just defeated.
It is appropriate to pray for the salvation of leftists. That does not require treating them as anything other than the diabolical monsters that they are.
Pence is about as conservative as you can expect—from a professional politician.

We have abandoned the cities and they have grown into a liberal cesspool and have gained enough population to control many states just like the coastal states have grown enough to control all that in between.
For a brief moment in time after Jan 20th, we have an advantage. We need to erase liberalism from our country. We need to hit them hard and take out politically as many of these elite scum as we can. Now is the time to go into overdrive and beat back collectivism!
We will still have to excise it from the media and education, but I think if we can make foundations illegal or change laws for foundations regarding how the are funded and how much they must spend on charity, we can strangle them by cutting off the money.

GHWB is the heart and soul of the globalists. The Establishment insisted RR have GHWB on side to *handle* him and be in position to take over if RR was assassinated.
Pence was picked solely by Trump. He is conservative and not globalist. No one in the Establishment likes him or wants him. They wanted Jeb! or Rubio. Neither is as entrenched in globalism as GHWB, but they are, at the least, controllable by globalists.
If Pence was a globalist pick, we would see much less concerted warfare from the globalists.
