State education chief Tom Torlakson on Wednesday urged school districts to declare themselves “safe havens” that avoid seeking the immigration status of students and suggested that they follow the lead of the Sacramento City Unified School District.
The state superintendent of public instruction issued a letter late Wednesday asking districts not to rely on “documents related to immigration status” when enrolling students.

I thought this was already determined by the Supreme Court. Schools in Tucson could not ask for proof of citizenship. There are a lot of undocumenteds in Tucson schools.

I think an “Entertainment Tax” should be debated in congress. Make it for sports and acting. These players and actors are clearly too rich and should be paying their fair share. Same with Hollywood studios. Of course there will be exemptions for sports and entertainment that doesn’t participate in political agendas.

You have to add Jerry Brown to the list as well when it comes to VIOLATION of Federal immigration laws.
If they ever get a legal standing position of "safe space" (or whatever they want to call it ... the point is ... "legal" standing ), every child for the first 12 years of their life will have Been indoctrinated in whatever "they" want a population of young men and complicit women to be.
I believe Trump takes this stuff seriously.

More egregiously.....if the source of local funds for sanctuary cities educating illegals is tax-free bonding monies, govt officials can be prosecuted since investors in municipal and education bonding were not advised about the uses of public money.
