I thought this was already determined by the Supreme Court. Schools in Tucson could not ask for proof of citizenship. There are a lot of undocumenteds in Tucson schools.

I thought this was already determined by the Supreme Court. Schools in Tucson could not ask for proof of citizenship. There are a lot of undocumenteds in Tucson schools. This is different, California isn't merely passively failing to check citizenship, they want to ACTIVELY prevent, block and impede federal officials from performing their lawful duties.
