I thought this was already determined by the Supreme Court. Schools in Tucson could not ask for proof of citizenship. There are a lot of undocumenteds in Tucson schools.

How about a modern day “sherman’s” march beginning in Sacramento and ending in San Diego.

This is different, California isn't merely passively failing to check citizenship, they want to ACTIVELY prevent, block and impede federal officials from performing their lawful duties.
