Ivanka Trump is meeting Monday with climate change activist and former Vice President Al Gore.
The president-elect's daughter, who reportedly wants to make global warming one of her signature issues, will meet with Gore at Trump Tower in Manhattan, according to transition spokesman Jason Miller.
The former vice president will not be meeting with the president-elect, Miller said in a conference call with reporters on Monday morning. He would not elaborate on the contents of the meeting.

I would wager that both Donald and Ivanka are fully aware that Al Gore is a China/Soros meat-puppet, and that they know exactly how to deal with that bloated old sack of worms.
Let's first get the real science
I already noted how blessed we are to have Trump as president—and to have had his family’s support for his run.
But it is simple observation rather than hate that sees Ivanka pulling his administration to the mindless left every chance she gets. (I imagine she is a lovely person individually, as are the usual hardcore leftists one finds among young women, particularly if privileged, in NYX.)

He has already promised a new, expensive childcare entitlement out of her prompting and she has already promised to fight for “equal pay” while he is president. This is number three in her portfolio.
And again, I pointed out above that we are blessed to have him as president and for him to have had his family’s support through the race. I just find it unfortunate that she’s looking to influence policy—since all of her influences are to the left.
I don't think I've seen anybody here say that Trump is backing down on GW.
But it doesn't appear to be "fake news" that Gore DID attend a meeting at the Trump Tower.

Produce the evidence of this being FAKE NEWS. This ‘FAKE NEWS’ label is replacing the investigative reporting that FREE REPUBLIC is known for.

Trump should pass Gore along to Sessions to investigate all the loot he’s made off his scam. IIRC both the Federal False Claims Act and RICO offer treble damages so we don’t have to prove the full extent of green fraud to win back a sizable chunk of what they’ve taken from the taxpayers.

But... so many concern trolls here! Haven’t you all learned by now that Trump does everything two or three steps ahead of everyone else? If Ivanka’s meeting with that Idiot Algore, she’s meeting with him because Donald said it’s okay. There’s a reason for it, and we don’t know that reason. I suspect it isn’t because DJT is going to suddenly come out in favor of this global warming nonsense. It could be something as simple as Trump trolling the press and making the left’s heads explode trying to figure out what he’s up to.
