An ‘alt-left’ judge? I’m shocked.

Needs to be shut down by the Federal Court of Appeals Monday. The 6th circuit overseas MI and is majority conservative.

They just need one federal appellate judge to stay this judges illegal order and let the matter resolve itself in state court or at least till a 3 judge panel of the 6th circuit can hear the appeal of this ruling.

Let’s hope the MI AG and Trumps attorneys are filing for immediate relief and an immediate stay on this lower judges ruling as I am writing this!!

Jill Stein continues her quest to become the most hated person in America.

Having been born in Chicago and now living in Assachusetts; she is well on her way.

Maybe not safe until January 20th.
The Dems are setting new precedents on acceptable loser behavior after an election.
This same tactic will bite them in the ass one day, after their own candidate “wins”. When it’s our turn to become stuck in a position of denial, watch the media go into Greek Chorus Overdrive, describing their shock and disgust at our denier behavior.

Hello Michigan Freepers! Do any of you know what the recount procedures are re the “undervotes”? That seems to be the focal point of Dr. Stein’s efforts - remembering Florida’s hanging chads and discerning “voter’s intent” from whatever the Dems could make up. Can the MI GOP have witnesses/observers to help mitigate attempts to that effect? Does the State mandate a witness/verification procedure? I am so cynical at this juncture it is easy to conceive the hard-core Dems in Wayne County and elsewhere “miraculously” finding 11,000 Hillary votes in the undervote stacks....

Perhaps the state of Michigan should tell the federal judge he has no jurisdiction in the case citing Article II Section I of the Constitution which gives each state the authority to chose its electors by any process it chooses:

“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.”

So Hillary has to insert/or trade about 6,000 ballots. Sounds pretty easy via a hand count.

“Plus Trump is no McRomney. He fights like a democrat.”

That’s one of Trump’s qualities. He’s not a typical RINO. Actually, I do not think he’s a true blue Republican, it just happens to be the banner he ran with - and this is not said with a negative tone.

Trump is Trump, he’s fresh, he’s for America and he’s going against the grain. It’s why people like him, and if allowed to carry on, will do much good.

He’s already done more push-back, more good before being sworn in than Bush did his entire 8 years. Imagine what it would be like with Jebby in there?

Let me clarify since the story is a bid vague. The federal judge DID NOT order a recount. The recount question was already decided last Friday when the four member Election Commission deadlocked which allowed Stein's recount to proceed. However under Michigan law there is a 2 business day delay until the recount can begin. Stein went to federal court and said that the 2 day delay endangered voters because the recount might not be completed by midnight December 12 which would prevent Michigan from sending a slate of delegates to the electoral college. The Judge simply agreed that the two day window could be ignored and the count could start immediately.

Now there is a different case where the Michigan Attorney General has petitioned the Michigan Supreme Court to halt the recount and order the original numbers certified. That case hasn't been heard yet (should be today or tomorrow). If the Michigan Supreme Court orders the recount halted, then this federal court decision is completely moot...

How does a federal judge have jurisdiction in this matter?

She's been doing a piss poor job of it in Wisconsin, with nearly half the ballots recounted she has actually lost several hundred votes.....

This is total crap and a financial burden on the state of Michigan

Didn't Michigan do an internal recount once already because this was the state with the closest totals?

This is from Wikipedia’s article on Al Franken’s recount victory in Minnesota in 2008:

“Preliminary reports on election night, November 4, had Coleman ahead by over 700 votes, but the official results certified on November 18, 2008, had Coleman leading by only 215 votes. As the two candidates were separated by less than 0.5 percent, the Secretary of State of Minnesota Mark Ritchie, authorized an automatic recount stipulated in Minnesota election law. In the recount, ballots and certifying materials were examined by hand, and candidates could file challenges to the legality of ballots or materials for inclusion or exclusion with regard to the recount. On January 5, 2009, the Minnesota State Canvassing Board certified the recounted vote totals, with Franken ahead by 225 votes.[60]

On January 6, 2009, Coleman’s campaign filed an election contest, which led to a trial before a three-judge panel.[61] The trial ended on April 7, when the panel ruled that 351 of 387 disputed absentee ballots were incorrectly rejected and ordered them counted. Counting those ballots raised Franken’s lead to 312 votes.”

This was a very close race (the margin here was very much a far cry from even Trump’s now officially certified margin of victory in Michigan). I do not wish to sound too much like a history or political science teacher with his textbook, but it is still not very realistic to compare the current situation with Stein and her recount efforts with the above concerning Franken or Christine Gregoire in Washington State in 2004 or Thomas Salmon in Vermont in 2006. Whatever nefarious or unscrupulous activities involving Franken definitely took place before and during the original vote and not the recount.

If a FED judge intervenes, appeal to FED court system.

What if Michigan simply refuses? Who is held in contempt? Are the Fed’s going to execute an arrest warrant?

Our immigration laws are ignored without consequence. IGNORE this!!!!

You only have to find more than half the spread....about 6000 votes.
