Anti-trust Acts, first, restrict the formation of cartels and prohibit other collusive practices regarded as being in restraint of trade.
Second, they restrict the mergers and acquisitions of organizations that could substantially lessen competition.
Third, they prohibit the creation of a monopoly and the abuse of monopoly power.
I think there are people at Kellogg’s who are looking at the stock drop of the last few days, the publication of articles exposing the Leftist/Kellogg Foundation connection, and they’re saying to themselves, “Oh, dear God, what did we do to ourselves?”

I think some time in early 2017, Kellogg’s will see the error of their ways and stop these shenanigans. All they need to do is look at what happened to Target Corporation in 2016 with their ill-advised policy on restrooms in their stores.
