Carrier is spending $16 million to modernizing the plant. Less workers are needed. Crybaby sore losers are latching on to that because they hate it when Trump wins for us.

I do not think the present Carrier employees are going to build AC units and modernize the plant at the same time? Seems there will need be hiring needed to 'modernize' the plant. It seems there will be a need for hiring to complete the task of modernizing. Trumps said the tax rate was 35%, that is just plain obscene. I am still trying to locate the accused 'bribe' in all this.

There are 2 factories that were going to be closed employing a total of around 2100 employees. Now they’re going to stay open employing around 1000 people. 1100 of those jobs are still going away.

Are both factories in Indiana?

And maybe if aliens came down and ate anyone not a mind numb Cruz worshiping drone then you “True Conservatives” int he purity choir can have your politically perfect world.

Letting people keep their OWN money rather then taxing it way from them is GOOD. It is the heart of Conservatism.

You not going to undo 100 years of creeping socialism by stamping you feet and holding your breath demanding ideologically perfect poltical dogmas. That mindset is EXACTLY why you “Movement Conservatives” have been the most political ineffective group in US History. You so busy whining about everything not being dogmatically perfect you done accomplished nothing politically since 1980.

Rather the cling to your day dreams of some mythical perfectly ideologically pure fantasy land learn to live in the REAL world of the politically possible.

Sounds like an ideologically perfect political dogma to me.

So, how did the US government fund itself for over 130 years without taxing people?

Good question. I have no idea but the founders demanded that the post office and military be funded by the federal government. Not sure where they got the money to do that. I know I learned many years ago from my parents that money doesn’t grow on trees so that answer is out.
