HARRISBURG — Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Monday continued her campaign to contest the election results in three battleground states, filing suit in Pennsylvania seeking a statewide recount.

Legal papers filed in Commonwealth Court by a lawyer for Stein’s campaign contend the Nov. 8 election was “illegal” and the results inaccurate based on research suggesting there might have been irregularities with electronic voting machines, among other evidence.

“Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts,” the suit stated.

Though Monday’s petition was filed by 100 Pennsylvania voters, as required by the state’s election law, it is part of Stein’s effort to challenge results in three states that were critical to deciding the presidential election.

Who would know this better than the democrats??? They are experts at it since Soros owns how many machines???

Stein may not be registered in this election as a democrat, but she sure is doing their bidding!

I still don’t get it, as far as Jill Stein having any standing.

"Lack of standing" is only a barrier when Republicans try to file suit.

I’m confused as to how Stein has any legal standing given the impossibility of an outcome that would give her a victory. And with respect to the suit, is it illegal for Stein to coordinate with the Clinton campaign without expressly stating so?

I read that she missed the deadline and there can’t be a recount.

She's not doing it for her, she's doing it so Hillary can win. The judges and election people know it, so it will proceed as planned.

I pick up from enemy lawyer post they know they cant get the 27,000 affidavidts for all countries. So they plan to cherry pick 12 counties. Then after searching and ‘finding irregularities there, leverage that to file suit to recount all counties.

“Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts,” the suit stated.

I have grave concerns about the real intent of this action by the petitioners. Now like them, I hav no EVIDENCE for my grave concerns, but I have the concerns..

Largest deficit made up in a state wide recount was 700, Hillary needs 10,000, 30,000 and 70,000. This is all about the Benjamins

I agree. But then isn’t Stein misrepresenting herself and constituents to the courts? Idle curiosity.
