HARRISBURG — Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Monday continued her campaign to contest the election results in three battleground states, filing suit in Pennsylvania seeking a statewide recount.
Legal papers filed in Commonwealth Court by a lawyer for Stein’s campaign contend the Nov. 8 election was “illegal” and the results inaccurate based on research suggesting there might have been irregularities with electronic voting machines, among other evidence.
“Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts,” the suit stated.
Though Monday’s petition was filed by 100 Pennsylvania voters, as required by the state’s election law, it is part of Stein’s effort to challenge results in three states that were critical to deciding the presidential election.

I still don’t get it, as far as Jill Stein having any standing. She got a tiny fraction of the vote. There’s no way any recount could ever get her to victory in any of the states they are pushing for recounts in.

They don’t even address this issue in their pleadings, IT IS REQUIRED> If it were me as Judge, I would Dismiss with Prejudice, Find the Lawyer in CONTEMPT, Fine him $10,000 and Remand him for 60 days for his Contempt.

This is bullshit she asked those voters to fill out an affadavit and the only evidence they point to is By the Computer guy J. Alex Halderman which is speculation at best.
I think the people who signed those should have to site their own evidence not an attached letter from Mr. Halderman who has no eveidence of fraud only that polls show Trump would lose.

She will be as she is now showing herself to be a unbalanced loon. Her suit will be dismissed as frivolous which is the primary reason they did not accept it today. The next denial will likely be more forceful and come with a warning.
plus, she has presented zero evidence of any voting fraud ... just having concerns that there might maybe have been some does NOT meet any kind of recount filing standard that I know of

Stein provides no evidence that any irregularity has occurred but wants a recount to determine if an irregularity occurred.
Our elections can not be disrupted so that she can conduct an experiment.

So since Trump won, the Nov. 8 election was “illegal” but if Hillary had won then the Nov. 8 election was legal?
PA SOS apparently said it’s too late. Deadline was 21 November.
Doesn’t matter per the law. She and Clinton are trying to delay certification of the recount until after Dec 19th thus they don’t count. This is so crazy that they need to be stopped in Court. Period.

Burden is on Jill to show evidence of irregularities. Democratic Secretary of State said there is evidence of none.
Drudge Report headline says the Penn. Dept. of State spokesman says the deadline for a voter-initiated recount was Monday, 11/21. Deadline was missed.
So from what I heard (if true) Stein screwed up...........(needed to do more then just file a piece of paper)...so because she blew it now she thinks she is entitled to file suit...wow what nerve..
