A friend of ours knows the piano player who went after the guy. The owner closed up shop and went back to Israel eventually.
Foley may play piano (not sure) but he usually plays guitar on Thursday evenings at the place. And happily Hani returned from Israel shortly afterwards and has re-opened Nazareth's (near our home).
