Right that was probably a cop looking around but it was on the scanner and they told a policeman to check it out.
That’s the man from UC Merced who was shot dead by police last November after stabbing four students. Different terrorist. He had an ISIS flag in his backpack.

Next, they’ll hire a CAIR member for their diversity on campus team.
