Has he visited the Trump transition team yet? If not, is he even being mentioned by them? I've noticed no mention of him by the Trump people. Odd since Trump mentioned he favorably months ago.
Not looking for a debate about Bolton's suitability with anyone, just wondering if anyone has heard any mention of him from people that matter.
Rudy for FBI Director! Between him and Sessions as AG, they could return America back to a land of laws and not elite men/women nor special interest groups who get favor.

Corker is an empty suit. I presume Flynn and others are pushing him because they will be more easily able to out gun him in the Trump cabinet. Rudy and Romney are better connected and would be tougher nuts for them to crack on policy.
Petraeus may be considered; I’m not sure if someone posted on that today. There’s another name. Not sure of the reaction of folks to that.

It worries me, although I’m sure they’ve thought this through, how many senators they are taking. Each one has to be replaced, eventually with an election. Clearly tennessee shouldn’t be much of a problem, texas seems like it should be safe although in that case it’s a really good senator, will the appointed replacement be as conservative?
Hopefully, we don’t do so many senators that we end up having to wait months before we have a working majority to pass bills.
The only argument I could make for corker to be Secretary of State would be to get him out of the senate.
