How about a 3/8” drill bit to gently take the tops off those plastic fasteners holding the seat down? Once the tops come off, the threaded studs will drop right down through the holes in the bowl.
A couple Taco Bell chessy beeforito especials should loosen it up.
I picture him with an ascot and a stick pin, missing it's stone, ala Max Bialystock.

Yeah, times look a little bleak. The revolving door to the $250,000 lectures brokered through the Clinton Foundation has, I fear, creaked to a halt. That whole scam was never anything more than a redistribution scheme from one set of people with more money than sense to another. One suspects, though, that a luncheon with Hillary may have suddenly been discounted out of the six-figure range, and that the grand game of Beltway musical chairs has found itself with more buttocks than cushions. One pimpled set of which may find that his grand international lecture circuit has diminished to a snake-oil show out of a creaky wagon drawn by jackasses. Life may be getting tough for the chronically entitled.
