My 2nd-grader came home the day before yesterday and said “a kid in school said Trump will kill all Muslims”.

I sent an email to his teacher who said she knew about it but that she told the class “to my knowledge Trump hasn’t said anything like that”.

I just let it go. I know it’s not part of anything ongoing, and I am choosing not to make an issue out if it. I’m just mentioning it here to show how pervasive the problem-thinking really is.
